Yeah, it hurts 99.9% of the time but that is hard work for you. As much as swimmers say we don’t like the pain, we LOVE it. We aren’t just a team, we are a family. Teamwork finds a new meaning on the women's and men's teams. We work together to achieve goals, things that we never thought were possible with our coach there to guide us. We walk to the pool when it is dark and walk back in the dark and we stand together through it all. The Hartwick swim team knows that nothing comes easy and that we have to work for every goal.
