DIG DEEPER

Just outside of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania was a small village called Kisele. The people there held out their hand just to touch yours, to feel love, even for a minute. The children would follow you like shadows, wanting you to keep playing, or drawing in the sand. Up to this day, this experience brings tears to my eyes not because of living conditions, disease, or the amount of poverty in our world, but because I miss the generosity of the people who made me feel as if I were part of their family. This has helped me discover who I am, and what I will do as a career in my future.
