DIG DEEPER

I started Habitat for Humanity my freshman year. I went to North Carolina on the Spring Break trip the first year not knowing how to hammer a nail. By the end of the trip our club had put up all the exterior walls on a house and started building the interior walls. Since then I have become Vice President of the club, gone back to North Carolina every year and love every minute of it. It is a lot of work but worth it when you get to meet the family that will soon live in the house you are building! I encourage all students to take part in a Habitat trip before graduating!
