Awakening is Hartwick's adventure orientation program. Hosted at Pine Lake for 60 first year students, Awakening has been helping students to transition from high school to college for 26 years. Student groups of twelve are lead by trained Hartwick students, faculty and staff. Through these dynamic leader teams and innovative programming, students are guided through a week of adventure and play, resulting in easy friendships.
