“In Peru I not only learned of new cultures, I learned more about myself.”

Taking advantage of Hartwick's study abroad opportunities is the best way to learn and experience the world. I spent my summer volunteering in Cuzco, Peru for two months with local children, teaching, tutoring, and playing with them every day. There are scholarships that basically pay for all expenses for students to travel and learn. I've been so lucky to have traveled to Peru and I will never forget my friends and the lessons of life learned by experiencing a world full of new cultures. The only question is: why not?
