It was a best friend reunion.

Through Hartwick, I had the opportunity to go on a one day Boston trip for a mere $35. My best friend from back home, Carlye, goes to a college in Boston. Before I got to college, one of my biggest fears was having old friends from back home forget the friendships that we had. However my fear was soon overcome once Carlye came out of the subway terminal running in to give me the biggest hug. Nothing had changed between us. It was still the same friendship as it always was. Although this isn't exactly a Hartwick experience, Hartwick gave me this opportunity to overcome my fear and ease my mind.
