“Students get a first-hand look at the art and process of six artists from NYC.”

This month’s gallery show included works of current artists working and making a living in Brooklyn, NY. Art students got to see and speak with a diverse group of artists that live in the same building. Students got to spend time talking with artists while helping install their sculptures, paintings, and sound installations. This show gave art majors an idea of what it takes to make it as an artist (most artists had outside jobs) while still being able to support themselves!
