DIG DEEPER

From Cusco to Lima, Peru was simply amazing. Every day we were on the move seeing archaeological sites & ruins, volunteering, taking classes, and exploring. We traveled across The Sacred Valley staying in an indigenous community and visiting towns. Among all our other adventures we went on a trek through the mountains and camped in Incan ruins. After the trek we awaited our trip to Machu Picchu! We had a tour of Machu Picchu, and then hiked to Huayna Picchu, the mountain behind Machu Picchu. Our tiredness was transformed to awe, standing 8,920 feet above sea level, we could see everything.
