“I have never seen residents be so involved in community service.”

I am a Resident Advisor, and ran a community service program called "Sweets for Treats." The point of the program was to donate dog/cat food or treats to a local animal shelter & vet hospital, and in return, they would get a "sweet" for doing so. I remember buying 24 cupcakes, and saying to my friend "I really don't know if anyone will come to this program." But, the show must go on! So, I had my program, and it had GREAT feedback! So many people got involved and wanted to help the animals. I have never seen residents be so involved in Community Service. I was so proud of my residents!
