The Harriet Tubman Mentoring Project (HTMP), which is the student chapter of the United States Colored Troops Institute at Hartwick College (USCTI), in Oneonta, New York, will host their fifth annual Harriet Tubman Civil War Dinner Discussion on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in honor of its namesake, and to kickoff off their involvement in commemorating the centennial of the death date of the heroine.
